Loving yourself as a woman
I was told recently (given homework by my therapist actually) that I need to do something social, once a week for fun.
I decided to sign up for a Belly Dancing class at a local place, with local womans classes. My first class was today, and while I probably was terrible, I had a great time.
I had a horrible afternoon, so I didn't expect to be able to focus and enjoy it. But I can't wait til next week. I began to appreciate me and my imperfect body for what it is..

A year's worth of laundry soap
We are going out to visit Mama G today, and she told us she needs more laundry detergent, which got me reminiscing about how I started making laundry detergent.
When I first started making laundry soap, I made something very similar to this recipe below - but without the fabric softener and oxyclean, so this is much superior. But Nic likes liquid soap (and since he is the one doing the laundry..) so I came up with our current liquid laundry soap recipe that we use and sell.
I even tried the grate everything, melt the soap down, add boiling...
